VIRTUAL LEARNING CENTRE
A gift from the AHEAD Project; A fully equipped learning centre with internet access which can facilitate sessions with maximum of 60 participants.
ANALYTICAL SERVICES
Services provided to the whole community by analyzing the samples. The services are monitored by the subject experts of all the departments to obtain results in an accurate and standard conditions.
GYMNASIUM
Indoor facilities are available for students including badminton, basketball, carom, chess, and table tennis. Also, weightlifting, wrestling, taekwondo, and other martial arts activities are available.
OUTREACH CENTRE
Faculty of Agriculture , Rajarata University of Sri Lanka extends the boundaries of the faculty to the boundaries of the region through its extension and outreach arm to provide access to faculty resources and research so that people of Rajarata can learn, be benefited and grow to enhance and improve their lives, All the three departments of the faculty of Agriculture have extended their services towards the community via faculty Outreach Centre to strengthen the adjacent rural communities, to support the development of both the government and private sector regional institutions and other organizations to actively and dedicatedly contribute to the rapid development of the country in the processes of making Sri Lanka the miracle of Asia.
ENGINEERING WORKSHOP
You are allowing to use the resources and facilities in the workshop for your academic work and training programs. Especially students who select the Agricultural Engineering majoring module can get expertise knowledge and skills on handling workshop tools and
equipment. Further, your innovative machinery ideas become realistic in this workshop.
AUDIO VISUAL UNIT
The Audio Visual Unit is dedicated to realize the vision of the faculty that is to be a dynamic, innovative and renowned centre for excellence in Agriculture to support the agriculture undergraduate curriculum of the faculty, by means of producing audio video materials to supplement the regular teaching and learning activities.
AGRI FOOD OUTLET
The Agri-Food 0utlet was relaunched on 28.02.2023 by the presence of the Vice Chancellor , Prof. (Mrs) Sanjeewanie Ginigaddara. The outlet sales the faculty products vegetables, dairy products as well as paddy products at a lower cost to the community.
